I identify risks early, analyze delays and claims objectively, strengthen documentation and correspondence, and support project teams in making defensible, evidence-based decisions before issues escalate into disputes. I am particularly interested in documentation management, proactive dispute prevention and the strategic use of artificial intelligence in project controls and contract administration.
